In 2008, Marc and Jason Debiak had a realization: everything around us is ugly. We need to make it look better. With that ambitious mission in mind, Paper Tiger was born.
It didn’t take long for us to notice the other problems in our industry: needlessly complex technology, thoughtless execution, a lack of storytelling, bad manners, and zero transparency.
For the last 16 years, we’ve been among the first to do the opposite of these things. From embracing open communication to adhering to a strict work-life balance, we’re dedicated to never working at an “agency.”
Along the way, we’ve seen just about everything and worked with clients of all sizes and industries. We are proud generalists, more concerned with breaking clients out of their hyper-niche industries than with specializing in any.
Our mission is to deliver the highest amount of quality with the least friction.
Our vision is to be the last agency standing after AI takes over the world.
